Gherkin Wedding Photographer
Michaela and Liam are such busy people. I have no idea how they planned their wedding with such limited time. I even met them separately as they were never available on the same day. With many guests flying in, they wanted a relaxed wedding and the Gherkin gave them a great venue with amazing views. As the ceremony was not until 7pm, I organised a ‘first look’ where the two of them would see each other before the ceremony. This meant they got more time together on the day and actually walked to the Gherkin together. The atmosphere at the Gherkin was fantastic. Everyone loved the views and the ceremony had some lovely touches with each of them having their own entrance. After the wedding breakfast, the band got everyone on the dance floor all night. Here are a few images from their day.
What an incredible wedding, the first look pictures are fabulous and sunset from the gherkin is simply spectacular!
Fantastic photos Sean. Your fisheye lens really comes into it’s own with architecture like that. The images look so sharp, just like the building.
