After a whirlwind romance of just 14 years, Andy and Kate finally married and had a such a fun day. Their Royal Berkshire Hotel wedding was absolutely gorgeous. They are so made for each other and I knew it would be a fun day. Kate was so excited when I got there in the morning. You could hear all the guests having a drink on the terrace below which I think added to the atmosphere in the room. During the short time I spoke to Andy before the ceremony, you could see he was just as excited. Magicians seem to be (literally) popping up at loads of weddings this year and Mike Stoner kept everyone entertained during the cocktail hour and during the wedding breakfast. The receiving line was very entertaining and you can see how fond the guests are of the couple.
We were blessed with a stunning evening sun after the speeches and Andy and Kate took a break from the guests and we had a walk around the grounds. We didn’t realise until after we had walked around the grounds that Andy had lost his ring! It was getting dark and everyone helped out. Miraculously it was found in the grass in the middle of the grounds! First dance was followed by Tequilas on the terrace which was followed by lots more dancing. Kate loves the Killers having seen them live 3 times, she loved it when the DJ played ‘Mr Brightside’
Thank you to Andy and Kate for having me as part of your day and thank you for standing still for the final shot (it took 30 seconds to see the stars!). I hope you like the images. Feel free to comment or leave a message below.
