Wells Cathedral Wedding

What an amazing wedding and day that Sinéad and Richard had at Wells Cathedral and the Bishops Residence. They are such a lovely couple and had the perfect weather for their day. Not many couples get married at the Cathedral and even Richard whose father happens to be the bishop had to have special permission to get married there!

I had enough time in the morning to see both the boys and the girls. Everyone was in great spirits and I knew it would be a lovely day. The main doors of the Cathedral are only opened on very special occasions so it was amazing to have them open for Sinéad’s entrance. As you can see, the building and inner church are spectacular!

Following the service and an announcement by the town crier, everyone headed for the Bishops Residence for what felt like a summer garden party. The speeches after the wedding breakfast were great including lots of embarrassing images of Richard projected on to a large screen.

Evening entertainment was by a great band that really got everyone on to the dance floor. I hope you enjoy this preview from their special day.
